This time we are excitedabout partnering with Beijing’s Chaoyang District Government and selecting twostartups to attend the Overseas Talent Entrepreneurship Conference (OTEC) in Beijing in August.
The Prize for thetwo winners:

Who is eligible?
Any team or companyfounded by entrepreneurs all over the world, within 3 years and before Series Around, can join the competition.
