Bidding solution manager 工作地点： 慕尼黑 工作内容： 协调公司项目管理开发，负责投标前服务支持工作（投标策略，解决方案等）投标工作顺利进行。以下是工作内容简述。 lSupdaport project bidding management，Solution design, SOC and so on); l develop and manage the bidding documentsand execute the bidding process of complex ICT projects. lUnderstand and execute the bidding strategy, participate in solutiondevelopment, prepare the ES, and consolidate and analyze quotations. lDevelop the solution, and conductnetwork design, bidding, and quotation for multiple products. Collect and analyzecompetitors' information, participate in developing and executing competitionstrategy lBuild bidding Intellectualresource, Including: SOC library (Technology, Service, Commercial and so on),Bidding documents(Bidding supporting documents, Qualification documents,Bidding regulations), Bidding Intellectual libraries（customer analysis , competition analysis and so on）; Build pre-sale bidding regulations & procedures, and ensure therationality of the business procedure; Promote pre-sale bidding tools; 要求：   有相关行业工作背景者优先   熟悉ICT行业，IT/IP产品   具备良好的沟通能力、执行能力、项目管理能力   熟练掌握中文，英文以及一门欧洲当地语言（德语，法语，意大利语，西班牙等） 以后会定期发布一些职位介绍，有感兴趣的欢迎投递 如果有求职意向的也可以先把中英文简历发送到li.sijia@huawei.com我们会根据您的简历匹配合适的职位，将JD发送给您。已经经投递的朋友们不要着急哦！我们会一一处理的。
