下面说说具体的做法:<br />  1、先将肉片下锅用油炒熟,同时放点糖和酱油还有大料(八角)<br />  2、肉熟后加入控干水份的三种干货,炒均<br />  3、放入水,大火烧开卤子,小火继续熬制二十分钟以上<br />  4、直至出香味儿后,加盐,浇入水淀粉<br />  5、将鸡蛋打散,浇入锅中,成鸡蛋花儿~~~<br /> <span style='color:red'>手把手系列之十九——手把手教你做风味腊肠卷<br />  腊肠卷是粤式早茶常有的风味点心,其中间包卷的自然是广式的风味腊肠了。个人认为广式腊肠入口香醇,咸甜适中,加上外层的柔软包皮,既能填肚又能满足爱吃腊肠的喜好。<br />  今天买齐材料,自己动手做腊肠卷,历时一个多小时不算太复杂。卖相当然没有酒楼的好,但味道真不错!<br />
