soccer season restarts lately and my legs easily get cramp after the winter break , don't know why, team mates recommend me to drink lots of water with magnesium, does it really help. bought a bottle this afternoon, dammed expensive with 20 tablets for 8euro, how do you guys deal with cramp. Does magnesium really help? |
