Job Title:
Senior Logistics Manager
Your tasks:
[*]Strategically Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation
[*]Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
[*]Keep track of stock levels, delivery times, CMR returning, transport costs and efficiency
[*]To be responsible for budget estimating, control and follow up；
[*]To ensure good relationship with customers and improve customers satisfaction;
[*]To define responsibility for team members and reasonable work assignment；
[*]Supervise, coach and train warehouse handling;
[*]Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
[*]Resolve any arising problems or complaints
[*]Complete other tasks assigned by the management
Your profile:
[*]Bachelor degree or above and major supply chain &logistics related；
[*]at least 5 years working experience as Logistics Management;
[*]Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills;
[*]Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
[*]Record of successful distribution and logistics management
[*]English as native level, German and Chinese skill will be plus;
