Job Description
Job Title: SalesManagerReport to: GeneralManagerLocation: München,Germany RESPONSIBILITIESnTo achieve the business targets assigned by GM.nTo act as a coordinator for the commercial, productionand aftersales service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and serviceto customers.nDevelop and execute marketing strategy andcustomer plan in the industry, which means identifying potential customers aswell as developing customer relations.nConduct market analysis.nPlan and attend marketing promotion activities,like professional seminars, exhibitions, trainings etc.nWork as specialist to satisfy needs of key customerson specification release, updates and changes.nCoordinate with the service, parts and technicaldepartment to support key customers on service issues, such as mid & longterm service support plan, significant quality issues and regular qualitymeetings etc.nRegularly visit customers to establish good andlong term relationships.nOther tasks assigned by GM.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS nBachelor degree in business, engineering or anyrelated fieldnAt least 3 years sales experience in powerbattery industrynGood Communication skills and teamwork spiritnSelf-motivated and result orientednProficient in Germany, English and ChineselanguagenBe able and willing to take frequent businesstravels
