To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a full-time employee to start immediately as
HR Specialist (m/w/d)Place of work: Düsseldorf
Start date: immerdiate
Your Responsibilities:
Being contact person for our employees and managers in HR operational matters in one or several of HR functions, especially in area of payroll, administration, recruiting, etc.
Cooperation with our payroll agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, being responsible to summarize monthly payroll information to the payroll agencies, issue payroll reports to Finance department;
Contact person for posting job advertisements on forums or other recruiting channels in Chinese;
Direct contact person with our HQ in China for on- and offboarding records;
Responsible for outsourced employees related matters, incl. verification of working hours and invoices, payment request process,etc.;
Attendance management, incl. sick leave, vacation, etc. in our eHR system Personio; Maintenance and update of employee personnel information;
Coordinate and support on work permit application and extension for our Chinese Expatriates;
Prepare contracts, work certificates and other HR-related documents;
Support on employer branding, personnel development, recruiting, etc. if necessary;
Support the HR Manger on other HR-related daily business.
Your Profile:
Degree in Human Resource, Economics, Business Administration or other comparable fields;
More than two years of previous experience in one or several HR functions, such as payroll, administration, people development, recruiting, etc.
Strong sense of responsibilities, result and customer oriented, hands-on mentality and a thorough way of working;
Open-minded, multi-cultural sensibility, a high potion of empathy, ability to keep your sense of humour even under time pressure;
Familiar with MS Office products such as Excel, work, PowerPoint;
Fluent in English and German languages in both verbal and written, Chinese on native level is preferrable.
