Responsibility：Independent and active support of our managing director and cooperation with global managementProcessing of defined projects within LTICControl and processing of the operative business from appointment coordination to travel managementPreparation and follow-up of conferences, meetings, and corporate correspondencePreparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.Preparation and coordination of emails, letters and presentationsCoordination of internal and external communication as a person of trust
Requirements：You have a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with further qualificationProfessional experience in assistance is desirableYour way of working is characterized by systematics, personal responsibility and reliabilityYou have a very good command of Chinese, German and English language skills (reading & writing)Very good MS Office skills (Excel /Power Point/Word)You have a strong sense of initiative and an entrepreneurial mindsetLoyalty and absolute discretion are a matter of course for you
