Accounting Supervisor财务主管（w/m/d）Location:WillichType: Full-time
Your Role and Responsibilities：
[*]Manage accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing in accordance with IFRS and HGB.
[*]依 IFRS 与 HGB 规范，负责账务管理、月结与年结报表。
[*]Review daily expenses, manage payment batches, credit checks, and online transactions.
[*]审核日常支出，处理付款批次、信用审核及在线交易。
[*]Handle tax declarations and statutory flings (ELSTER, customs statisticsetc.).
[*]进行税务与法定申报（含 ELSTER、海关统计等）。
[*]Lead and coordinate the fnance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of fnancial data.
[*]领导并协调财务团队，确保财务资料正确与决策效率。
[*]Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
[*]配合外部审计、税务顾问及内部稽核，确保合规营运。
Profle：
[*]Around 5 years of hands-on in-house finance experience.
[*]5 年左右企业内部财务实务经验。
[*]Solid knowledge of IFRS, German accounting standards, and tax processes.
[*]熟悉 IFRS、德国会计与税务流程。
[*]Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.具备中英文沟通能力，会德文更佳。
[*]Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as lead a team.积极主动，能独立处理财务作业并协调团队。
