[*]Consolidation of multiple data sources to create & manage business intelligence.
[*]Reporting & Intelligence builds to support commercial decisions including but not limited to,
[*]Sales performance, forecast & supply management
[*]Marketing intelligence, KP monitoring, campaign effectiveness
[*]Field based Operations including Training & Promoter performance management
[*]Market segment & product performance
[*]Financial Planning and commercial reporting
[*]Other ad hoc commercial data analysis projects as requested or identified by management.
JobRequirements:
[*]Bachelor’s degree or above.
[*]Strong numerical aptitude, withproficiency in Excel and other office software.
[*]Prior experience in dataanalysis, operations, or management roles is preferred.
[*]Excellent communication skillsand a strong team-oriented mindset; ability to work in a multiculturalenvironment.
[*]Good command of spoken andwritten English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
