Position: Human Resources Intern
Job location: Duesseldorf
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Effective management of documentation and data from onboarding to off-boarding
- Support the expat management and the visa application process
- HR Data management, maintenance, and auditing
- Partner with HRBP& support with employee relations tasks for seamless HR experience
- Support on basic employee relations issues where relevant
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Enjoyment of administrative and data processing tasks
- Student who has successfully passed at least 2 years of business administration or similar studies, ideally with focus on human resources
- High Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Patience, Empathy and Passion for helping people
- Positive and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fluent in English and German, other languages are preferred
