R&D Center Officer

Reporting to: R&D Center Leader

Working location: Shauenburg, Kassel

Job requirements：

• At least 2 years of experience working for warehouse managing or production managing. Clear structure of data keeping and analysis;
• Strong communication skills to the leaders and workers.
• Good at windows word or excel, SAP or any other system operation can be an advantage for this position;
• Excellent on German and English;
• Good at learning things and willing to take responsibilities;
• Willing to find solutions of problems, and well organization of the daily work.
  
  

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for daily recording and arrangement of after sales service and repairing work;
• Keep clear record of the in and out of the material of the R&D center;
• Support the leader for production arrangement;
• Operation in the system for repairing and production;
• Communication with mother company to arrange the purchasing of the material and following the procedures;
• Support the leaders for the management of the whole R&D center;
• Any other task required by the company.
  
  

sales assistant/In house sales

Reporting to: in house sales leader

Working location: Krefeld

Job requirements:

• Successfully completed commercial training;
• Sound knowledge of the MS Office package;
• Enjoy working in a team and in an intercultural environment.
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working;
• Excellent communication skills in German and English;
• Experience in the area of a trading company would be desirable;
• Previous knowledge of various ERP systems.
  
  

responsibility：

• Co-operation with sales managers and field service;
• Processing and entering documents in the SAP/NS internal system;
• Communication with customers, warehouse and other service providers to arrange the goods to customers;
• Tracking receivables in cooperation with the finance department;
• After sales service;
• Other work assigned by company.
