Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)
Job Responsibilities：
Assist in developing procurement plans based on project requirements to support timely delivery of materials and equipment;
Support the procurement lifecycle including sourcing, quotation collection, order placement, delivery follow-up, and acceptance;
Coordinate with internal teams (Project Management, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics) to align purchase activities with project schedules;
Assist in managing international shipments and applying appropriate Incoterms;
Support procurement of services such as on-site installation and technical support by coordinating contracts and documentation;
Help standardize procurement processes and assist with supplier onboarding and qualification;
Collaborate in the implementation of digital procurement tools and process improvements;
Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with customs, VAT, and documentation requirements;
Assist in tracking budgets, monitoring supplier performance, and identifying risks;
Enosure procurement actions comply with company policies and regulations. Your profile：
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field;
1–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in an international or project-based environment;
Familiar with sourcing and supplier management processes;
Strong communication and coordination skills across teams;
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is a plus;
Fluent in English and German; Chinese language is a plus. Apply for：
