Warehouse Manager（w/m/d）
Location: Krefelder Str. 651, 41066 Mönchengladbach
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities：
- Warehouse Operations Oversight: Monitor overall operations of the general warehouse, analyze delivery performance indicators, and develop improvement plans. Ensure the effective implementation and tracking of these initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Lead the addition, optimization, and continuous updating of warehouse operational processes. Drive the development and improvement of the warehouse process system to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Logistics Supplier Management: Oversee the daily operations and performance of logistics suppliers, leveraging high-quality resources for optimal use. This includes managing supplier performance, developing bidding strategies, and addressing service quality issues.
- Lean Logistics Planning: Take responsibility for the overall planning, solution design, requirement identification, and diagnostics related to lean logistics. Lead the development of feasible plans and ensure their successful implementation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between upstream and downstream departments, fostering collaboration and synergy to drive the achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements：
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years of project team management experience.
- Relevant experience in logistics for manufacturing, particularly in the consumer electronics industry.
- Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies, as well as automation and smart equipment.
- Proficient in using various data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong connections across teams and with external partners.
- Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
