熟悉资产管理工具、平台，按照服务SLA要求，响应和执行工单，保障SLA达标率和资产信息准确性。对资产管理流程、工单流程提出优化建议的能力；Be familiar with asset management tools and platforms; respond to and execute work orders in accordance with SLA requirements, ensuring SLA compliance rate and accuracy of asset information; possess ability to propose optimization suggestions for asset management and work order processes.
熟悉并遵守IDC机房环境和资产安全管理规范，严格按照资产SOP管理资产存放、运输、进出、报废裁撤等各个环节安全，保障资产不受损坏、保障数据安全。具备对环境安全、资产安全管控措施等提出优化建议的能力；Be familiar with and comply with IDC environment and asset security management standards; strictly manage all aspects of asset storage, transportation, entry/exit, and decommissioning according to asset SOP; ensure assets are not damaged and data security is maintained; possess ability to propose optimization suggestions for environmental safety and asset safety control measures.
执行机房全量资产的盘点，包括资产的位置、SN、状态、型号等信息一致，账实一致等，确保资产信息100%准确。熟练使用资产管理工具、相关软件等进行数据快速检索、分析、异常信息提取等能力；Execute full inventory of data center assets, ensuring consistency of asset location, SN, status, model, and record accuracy (100%); proficient in using asset management tools and related software for fast data retrieval, analysis, and abnormal data extraction.
熟悉资产管理项目管理流程，具备基本的项目实施过程中的风险控制、进度控制和项目验收的能力，以及团队提效赋能的能力。Familiar with asset management project management processes, with basic capabilities in risk control, progress control, and project acceptance during project implementation, as well as the ability to empower teams and improve efficiency.
