标题: 善待自己
每个人在自己的哭声中来到这个世界，在别人的哭声中离开这个世界，这一来一去之间，便走完了生命的历程，相对于茫茫宇宙，亘古历史只是那么短暂的一瞬，而相对于你我却是一生一世。所以，我们时刻懂得善待自己，为快乐而活！<br>
  <br>
一个人从生到死的过程就如从前门进入房间再从后门出去的过程，其实是很简单的，只因人类有了思想、有了欲望而将它变得复杂，正如三毛曾在《简单》中说过：
一个生命，不只是有了太阳、空气、水便能安然的生存，那只是最基本的，求生的欲望其实单纯，可我们是人类，是一种贪得无厌的生物。在解决了饥饿之后，人们
要求进步，有了进步之后，要求更进步，有了物质的享受之后，人们要求精神的提升，人们追求幸福、快乐、和谐、富有、健康甚而永生。这种欲望人皆有之。欲望
的滋生注定人生必将经历世间的酸甜苦辣，情感的悲欢离合，江湖的是非恩恩怨，才能终其一生，离开这个世界。<br>
  <br>
当你在别人的哭声中告别这永恒长存的世界以后，不管生前是多么的卓越显赫、飞黄腾达、权贵势重，都将化作黄泥一堆，孤坟一座。一切的物质财富，生不能带来
死不能带走。所以，今天当我们尽其所能无法改变现实的时候，就应当开心的享受这一切：阳光、空气、沙滩及这一望无垠的海水都是大自然赐给我们最好的礼物，
我们应该懂得去享受，不要只被世俗的物欲所累，而让自己活得如此疲惫，要时刻善待自己，为快乐而活。<br>
  <br>
更何况生命是如此的难得，在万物繁衍的物种中，相对于动植物来说，我们都有着同样的生命。因为我们具备了思想而成为人类。人之初，性本善，当我们赤裸裸的
来到这个世界上时，身心空空，毫无赘物，只因后天被文明的社会里文明的人类披上一件文明的外衣，把自己包裹起来，从此以后，便有了负赘，而且是越来越多，
越来越累，直到走完了生命的历程，把一个原本新嫩鲜活的生命再归入宁静的时候，这一切也就放下了。相对于这还亘古长存的世界来说，也就永远的告别了。所
以，当今天我们还拥有这一颗脉搏起伏跳动的心时，要懂得善待自己，为快乐而活。<br>
  <br>
为快乐而活，不是为争名夺利，不是求穿金戴银，不是要锦衣玉帛，而是顺其自然的追求心中的一份宁静平和，让自己时刻保持心态的乐观大度，包容豁达。属于你
的：比如生命，比如人类的生命，上天都给予你我了，我们不要因为自身条件的不如人意而痛苦，奥恼的折磨自己，与其这样身心疲惫的折腾自己有限的生命，为何
不充分利用这个时间来享受此刻我们所拥有的一切呢？阳光、空气、……亲情、爱情、友情……赤或让自己变得快乐起来的心情！这才是为自己而活的最高境界。<br>
  <br>
现代社会里，人们私欲的滋生澎涨渐渐使之冥冥中失去了许多本性的东西，比如正直无私、比如路见不平、比如持强扶弱、比如客观公正……这一切都会因为是否牵
涉自身利益而变得不再公平公正了，久而久之，人的本性也就在慢慢的兑化，善待自己就是让灵魂时刻能见诸于阳光之下，为快乐而活着。<br>
  <br>
生命中最脆弱的时候不是孤独寂寞时，而是当我们生病住院时，与骨肉阴阳分离时，见鲜血淋漓时，才想到人生还要面临着生老病死，那种真正触及心灵的痛处不管
是男人还是女人都会感到有一种深深的恐惧。所以，当我们今天能平安健康的生活着就是一种幸福，我们应该懂得珍惜自己的生命。<br>
  <br>
  当真正领悟到生命比一切都重要的时候，我们便可以真正的善待自己了，只有做到生命，心情，灵魂三者完美的结合才算是真正意义上的善待自己。生命诚可贵，自身价更高，只为快乐活，杂念早该抛。朋友，人生是短暂的，时刻善待自己，快乐的生活吧  <br>
