我的手机是黑莓9700

请问大家，为什么我的手机用了EDEKA的SIM卡，是PREPAID的卡，怎么手机只能显示“SIM not provisoned:2”呢？

第二，手机是怎么来的，是不是某些供应商连着prepaid卖的，这种机器很可能锁卡，只能用对应供应商的
