occurred in RMA for IPG product, such as: KL2,KL3 &LL7.

It means that Quanta could be suffering the higher lost as to misleading in DOA for a long time.
Thus, here we would like you support to break down that original defect symptom of NTF when you receiving that defect parts.
Then , Step by step to clear that duty if belonged to Quanta in the beginning.
