Project Assistant Intern

Duration: Up to 6 months if mandatory for your current degree; 3 months if not.

Starting date: ASAP

Our candidates should have the following profile:

You are fluent in English and have good communication skills;
You are independent, creative and responsible;
You are able to be professional both on the phone and Emails to partners and clients;
You have solid MS Office skills and have good time management skills;
You are currently enrolled or have recently completed your university studies;
You have previous experience in research;
You have an international background (desirable);
You have some knowledge/interest in the tourism sector (desirable);
You have knowledge/interest in China;

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the CTT Project Leader in all activities related to the creation and organisation of the training’s content- Doing preliminary research and collecting quantitative and qualitative information
- Producing PowerPoint slides, Excel graphs and tables- Searching for new contacts and approaching potential CTT partners- Establishing and maintaining the relationship with companies collaborating in the CTT- Being a native English speaker is a plus
