As a Project Manager you are creating andmaintaining transparency of production information, thus enabling decisionmaking on all levels. By defining and driving production processes in closecollaboration with team and stakeholders you elevate productivity to optimallevels.
While assigned to one of our most successful live games, Farmerama, this rolewill be embedded in the Project Management department, enjoying support andmentoring from a group of seasoned professionals in the field. Over time yourproject assignments may vary.

Office Assistant(m/f/w)
RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Responsible for the overall internalconference rooms coordination, you oversee their individual uses and solvepotential overlap, book, prepare and set-up the meeting rooms according to theusers’ needs
·         You warmly welcoming our staff andguests at the reception and giving guidance
·         You handle the Telephone Switchboard,answer all incoming calls, redirect them or take messages
·         Provide front-desk service and processour internal post and courier services
·         Purchasing and tracking officesupplies, catering service and other consumables and distribute them uponreception
·         Contribute to monitoring the in- andout-coming flow at the entrance by tracking and handing out guest tokens e.g.
·         Be responsible for Office Maintenanceincluding all the office assets, solving issues around office and officeassets, and storage management.
·         Supporting Global Supply and FacilityManagement to monitor, purchase and track our inventory with Jira, SAP and MSOffice
·         Provide support to our Event &Global Supply Manager for internal and external event management with localstakeholders
·         Supporting ad-hoc Human Resources onOnboarding, Offboarding Process and other around Team supporting and officemanagement projects
·         Support for our team in everyday andad-hoc missions
REQUIREMENTS
·         With a high degree of autonomy,self-motivation and great organizational skills, you're doing greatindividually
·         Deeply service-orientated, with ahands-on mentality, you also do great in a team and care to provide for itsneeds
·         Proven reliability and sensitivity todeal with confidential information
·         Experienced in working with externalcontractors and service providers, including negotiation and monitoring of theservice provided
·         Good knowledge of software tools likeMS Office 365, Jira, Confluence and SAP
·         You are comfortable with working andcommunicating through digital tools
·         Confident and familiar with working ina multicultural environment
·         Passion for games
·         Strong written and verbal communicationskills in at least 2 languages: in German at a native level and in English at avery good to native level
·          Chinese is Plus
