招聘岗位：Project Coordinator Regulatory Affairs

Job description:

The Sino-German Quality Infrastructure Project based in Beijing offers a position as Project Coordinator starting at the earliest date possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive range of tasks in project management as well as industry and government relations. Strategic advisory tasks to the political dialogue as well as the conceptual planning and result-oriented implementation of cooperation activities are at the core of this position.

The position requires pro-active and professional communication internally and externally with Chinese and German government institutions as well as relevant industry associations and enterprises within the framework of the political dialogue. Due to the international nature of our project, well-developed interpretation and translation skills in German, Chinese and English are required.

The recently restructured Chinese government landscape, especially regarding technical trade regulation offer the successful candidate an outstanding opportunity to develop into an expert in quality policies, market surveillance and international cooperation, while strengthening and building up on an already well established network.

Task Profile:

Government Relations and Partner Management:

?To liaise with Chinese governmental authorities and public institutions, provide

technical and organisational information, advise and support bilateral dialogues

with the German government.

?To liaise with German and Chinese manufacturers and associations, align topics

and activities, provide advisory and support for the bilateral dialogues. To

actively monitor the partner network and identify relevant new partners and

topics

Strategic planning and implementation:

?To support the development of a strategic approach for the bilateral cooperation

in quality infrastructure and trade regulation, incl. the identification and

analysis of important new policy and regulatory developments.

?To plan and coordinate the implementation of related activities with a strong

focus on results achievement.

Reporting and knowledge management:

?To monitor and report about important political and economical developments and

support innovation and knowledge management in the project.

?To contribute to documentation and reporting of the overall implementation of

the project towards governments and project partners.

Requirements:

?Masters/MSc in an area that is related to the project’s topics, e.g. economics,

business engineering, international relations, etc.

?3-5 years professional experience, preferably in business or government, with at

least 1 year professional experience in a comparable position.

?Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken), good German skills are

considered a strong plus.

?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

?High work ethics, reliability and motivation. The successful candidate must be

able to handle multiple simultaneous assignments with competing priorities and

fixed deadlines.

?Excellent organisational and project management skills. Efficient, accurate and

high quality delivery of all work-related output.

?Very good working knowledge of common IT and communication applications.
