Microwave Network Technical support Engineer (TSE)

We currently have a vacancy for a Microwave Network Technical support Engineer; this position will be based in Düsseldorf/Munich, Germany

Job description:

You will be responsible for Microwave Network Products/Solutions and Pre-sale/Post-sale Technical Service. You will support our customers in some technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main Service Provider accounts.

Responsibilities:

· Project implementation and technical supervision of the subcontractors or service partners.

·  Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team.

·  Provide technical training for customers, subcontractors or service partners.

·  Pre-sales support for testing, Service bidding or holding workshops.

Qualifications and Skills:

· University degree in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant subject.

· Ability to understand the customer’s needs.

· Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people

· Must be self motivated and capable of working under own initiative.

· Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

· Willing to travel within and outside of Europe.

· Fluency in English.
