Manager Supply Chain and Logistics, Greater Europe
Job overview:

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining an industry leading supply and logistic process for new vehicles as well as for spare parts. He/she is responsible for the implementation and optimization of all processes along the value chain, securing outstanding quality and contributing to a top of the class customer ownership experience.

Your key responsibilities:

Strategic planning and handling of logistics, warehouse, transport and services
Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle from factory to delivery points
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
Tracking of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arranging warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and time targets, regular reporting
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Pre-delivery inspection, handover inspection
In stock maintenance process, retrofit operations
Your profile:

Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain qualification
Experience as a logistics manager, ideally with an automotive manufacturer and/or importer
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Proficient in standard logistics software
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Fluent in German and English
Chinese language skills are a clear plus
