Job Description:Work as site engineer to support our project teams during the construction phase of the projects.
Responsibilities:As civil engineers take charge of the structural, facade, interior decoration, and external works.
[*]Design review and design coordination for construction drawings
[*]Coordination between various parties on the construction site
[*]Quality control of executed works and follow-up for corrective actions in case of non-compliances
[*]Schedule control and advanced planning of works
[*]Preparation of construction documentation
[*]Support for contracts department
[*]Compile as-built documentation and support during the hand-over stage
Requirements:
[*]Degree in civil engineering or equivalent
[*]Fluent Mandarin is mandatory and good English is welcome
[*]Excel and Word sound knowledge
[*]AutoCad and MS Project basic skills are mandatory
[*]Willing to travel and work at different project locations in China
[*]Communicative and ability to work as a team member
[*]Diligent and precise working style
[*]Chinese certificates as a project manager, safety manager, quality manager, document controller are appreciated but not required
