职责1) Coordinating with team members in order to identify issues, resolve tickets and troubleshoot faulty servers
2) Replace faulty parts for servers, including hard drives, motherboards or memory card, etc.;
3) Return failed parts to centralize place
4) Server unbox, boxes & garbage handover to the logistics team
5) Server mounting to the dedicated rack location based on customer request
6) Server's rail installation at the rack
7) Parts receiving, pick and pack and delivery.
8) Perform inventory physical count when needs.
