标题: 快乐人生的10个朋友
第一课善待自己 ??第一讲快乐人生的第1个朋友——微笑 ??试着在沮丧、失败、烦恼的时候微笑，相信微笑能战胜恐惧，驱走烦恼，也会击垮你的消极情绪；创造一个令人发笑的环境，多看看幽默小说或漫画，听听相声，看看小品，在不知不觉中你会变得开朗起来；有力地告诉自己：“我准备笑。”然后，笑！ ?? ??第二讲快乐人生的第2个朋友——高兴
      一生有酸甜苦辣，我们要把快乐留住，把烦恼变成收获。写一张纸条放在桌上，每天读一遍，上面写着：“高兴、高兴、真高兴，我怎么这么高兴呢？”
     第三讲快乐人生的第3个朋友——积极
     快乐不是别人给的，而是自己感受到的。感受快乐是一种能力，怎样获得这样的能力呢？那就要有积极的生活态度。记住这句“咒语”：太好了！
    “太好了”，这三个字虽然普普通通，可却拥有着无穷的魅力。面对艰苦，你保持着“太好了”的心态，那你就是主动的，你大脑所有的细胞都处在兴奋的状态，所以你不觉辛苦；面对艰苦，你是“太糟了”的心态，那你是被动的，你所有的大脑细胞都处在疲倦的状态，所以你就会觉得紧张，觉得辛苦。身体的劳累很大程度是因心理的疲劳造成的，所以积极地面对艰苦的工作和环境，便能防忧消愁。
   第四讲快乐人生的第4个朋友——忍受
   快乐人生不是去享受别人给你的快乐，而是在忍受痛苦中找到自己的快乐。所以朋友“忍受”有一句口头禅，叫“阳光总在风雨后”。
    第五讲快乐人生的第5个朋友——乐观
    上面4个快乐人生的好朋友：微笑、高兴、积极、忍受，她们都和一种心态有关，那就是“乐观”。
    乐观是快乐的源泉。保持乐观的唯一方法，就是紧紧抓住生活的每一次快乐，每天都有好心情。
   第二课   奉献你自己
   第一讲  快乐人生的第6个朋友——真诚
   当你捧着真心去交朋友，不嫌弃别人，不抬高自己时，你就会发现，周围多了许多真心的朋友。因为，只有真诚才能换来真正的友谊。
  当你全心全意去帮助一个人，不图利益，不图回报时，你才会发现，帮助人是一件多么快乐的事。因为，在帮助别人的过程中，充分体现了你的人生价值。
  第二讲  快乐人生的第7个朋友——分享
  与人相处，有一个秘诀，那就是“分享”。记得日本作家森村诚一说过：“幸福越是与人分享，它的价值便越会增加。”所以说，“分”的人是幸福的，因为他实现了自己存在的价值；“享”的人是快乐的，因为他感受到了真爱和友谊。
   第三讲  快乐人生的第8个朋友——体凉
   当你面对一个弱者时，你一定要设身处地为他着想，经常想一想，假如你是他，你会怎样？当你去帮助一个弱者时，你一定要平等地做他的朋友，而不是可怜他，更不要居高临下去施舍他。因为弱者需要同情，更需要体谅。
  第四讲  快乐人生的第9个朋友——知心
   朋友“知心”的口头禅是——懂你。她走进你的心灵，倾听你的心声，改变你的心态，清除你的心病。
   第五讲  快乐人生的第10个朋友——感恩
  感谢，就像阳光一样，给我们带来温暖和美丽。其实，真诚、分享、体谅、知心这4个朋友都是“感恩”的姐妹。感恩需要真诚，需要分享，需要体谅，更需要知心，这些都是我们表达爱和感激之情的方式。
  面对恩情，你首先会想到你的父母，只要记住父母的养育之恩，真诚地对他们说声：“我爱你”，不管他们会不会亲吻你，理解你，你都会感受到幸福正包围着你；面对恩情，你不会忘记你的老师，只要记住老师的教育之恩，永远对他们说声“谢谢你”，不管他们会不会回答你，你都会觉得爱在簇拥着你；面对恩情，你会想起所有关心帮助过你的人，只要记住他们的知遇之恩，及时地说声“谢谢你”，不管他们是不是还记得你，你的心理都不会留下什么遗憾。
  记住，任何时候都别忘了说声“谢谢你”！
