sorry, i almost forget it(first, i would like to reply in Chinese at home...but when at home..i always forget to open this...) 1表格是当场填完，他们盖章签字给你. very simple, they will help you. i plan在德国给父母买保险. 2. it is no problem to make the stay longer, but the longer you stay the more expensive the保险 will be.... KVR?.... don't remember the name, but it is the place will you make your visa....
