从爱尔兰去慕尼黑，找工作签证转蓝卡，n多问题请教

各位大神好，实在是各种问题网上都没找到，跪请解答。
背景：人在爱尔兰，博士，微波方向，拿到慕尼黑一家公司合同，职位是工程师，合同写的是时薪，算下来年薪6k+,之前和家人一起在德国驻爱尔兰大使馆申请工作签证和团聚签证，3周后通知被拒，说是合同属于temporary。公司小改了合同，打算我本人申请job seeker visa，自己先去德国，打算在慕尼黑当地申请看看（之前有持中国护照的这样拿到蓝卡）。

我看需要拿着住宿合同去市政厅登记一下，这个住宿可以是旅馆吗？因为我并不确定能否拿到蓝卡，拿不到估计就要离开德国了。

If You Have Found a Job in Germany

If you have already found a job – either while in your home country or while in Germany, then the following are the documents you need when applying:

• A work contract of at least one year in Germany,
• Proof that your salary exceeds the average in Germany by 1.5 times or 1.2 times for professions in shortage,

我不可能在德国干巴巴等这么久，找工作签证不能工作，我也只能支持1个星期就要回爱尔兰了，老婆孩子在爱尔兰也不放心，求各位大神支招！

蓝卡需要正式工作，收入要达到一定数额，IT业界最低只要36k一年，没有工作不可能给蓝卡的，别被坑了。
