1.     Responsible for daily logistics operationsin Europe, including order review, inbound and outbound operations, inventorymonitoring, and exception handling.

2.     Follow up on order flow in OMS/WMS systemsto ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

3.     Coordinate warehouse inbound activities,exception feedback, inventory transfers, and inventory data reconciliation.

4.     Follow up on outbound tasks, includingpicking orders, delivery orders, POD collection, and delivery confirmation.

5.     Coordinate with warehouses, operationsteams, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure delivery timelinessand service quality.

6.     Handle exceptions during transportation,including delays, lost shipments, customs clearance issues, and other logisticsincidents.

7.     Follow up on order delivery for keycountries or regions, and support the optimization of logistics solutions andfulfillment efficiency.

8.     Complete other logistics operation-relatedtasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

1.     Bachelor’s degree or above in LogisticsManagement, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field ispreferred.

2.     2–3 years of relevant experience incross-border logistics, overseas warehousing, or international supply chainoperations.

3.     Familiar with warehouse operation processesand the use of OMS, WMS, TMS, or other logistics systems.

4.     Proficient in Excel, with the ability toindependently use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas for data analysis.

5.     Familiar with international logisticsshipping processes; experience in overseas warehousing or cross-bordere-commerce logistics is preferred.

6.     Strong communication, coordination, andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to drive issue resolution acrossdepartments.

7.     Detail-oriented, responsible, and able towork under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

1.     Experience with international logisticschannels such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or similar service providers.

2.     Logistics operation experience in Europe,the UK, Switzerland, or related regions.

3.     Familiarity with POD, customs clearance,and last-mile delivery processes.

4.     Good awareness of data analysis and processoptimization.
