我公司受委托现在为MTU Friedrichshafen 位于苏州的公司（上海也设有办事处）招聘员工。要求德国大学BWL专业硕士毕业。基本技能要求如下：

Education/Career Knowledge:

•        Fluently in both spoken written English and Mandarin
•        Good computer skills, esp. MS office standard software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

•        Familiar with different cultural behaviour in Asian countries
Responsibilities Duties:
•        General
•        Develop, enhance and monitor assigned Joint Ventures
•        Market development of specified countries
•        In Detail
•        Establish clear mile stone plans in cooperation with MTU-FN MA-department during the setting up process of new Joint Ventures.
•        Team-member in Joint Venture projects: Act as a coordinator between JV-partner and MTU/Tognum-organisation.
•        Supervise the implementation of post transaction tasks for currently established and newly set-up Joint Ventures. Responsibility: Ensure that the Joint Ventures act in    accordance to the agreed business plans and the Tognum rules and regulations described in the Joint Venture contracts.
+ t1 y& U+ b  q( H8 v. {•        Monitor the performance of the assigned Joint Ventures in relation to the agreed business plans and the respective market and business development.
% Q+ x3 c4 A3 C' B% S/ {) t•        Settle disputes between the Joint Venture partners. Responsibility: Ensure proper behaviour of related parties.
, l# C/ h! F* N4 F9 h•        Formulate appropriate market strategies for specified countries in North-East-Asia.
•        Implement these strategies and secure a proper follow-up.
. e6 O* }  t) k•        Expand distribution network according to the approved strategy.
" t; T/ w$ c& p; E+ l0 F•        Monitor performance of distributors, dealers and sales representatives in NEA together with sales and service departments. Responsibility: Ensure distributors, dealers and sales representatives are performing as expected.
