职位名称: 欧洲运营专员 (Position Title:Operations Specialist - Europe)

汇报对象: 欧洲公司总经理(Reporting to:General Manager, Europe)
岗位职责:
Key Responsibilities
一、财务(Finance)
负责欧洲办公室全盘财务工作:包括账务处理、AP/AR管理、费用报销审核及税务申报;
Responsible for the full spectrum of financial operations for the European office, including bookkeeping, AP/AR management, expense reimbursement review, and tax filing.
二、人事行政(HR & Administration)
1、执行德国员工全周期管理:招聘支持、入职离职手续、薪资核算;
Execute end-to-end HR processes for German employees, including recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and payroll calculation.
2、管理办公室日常行政运营;
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
3、作为总部与欧洲团队的沟通枢纽,落实公司政策本地化;
Act as a communication bridge between headquarters and the European team, ensuring localization and implementation of corporate policies.
任职要求:
Requirements
1、本科及以上学历,财务/会计专业;
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
2、具备3年以上财务实操经验,熟悉德国和欧盟的会计准则;
Minimum 3 years of hands-on finance experience, with solid knowledge of German and EU accounting standards.
3、精通Excel及财务软件,英语流利;
Proficient in Excel and financial software; fluent in English.
4、掌握欧盟劳动法基础,具备跨文化沟通能力。
Basic understanding of EU labor laws and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
