• Supervise the implementation of post transaction tasks for currently established and newly set-up Joint Ventures. Responsibility: Ensure that the Joint Ventures act in accordance to the agreed business plans and the Tognum rules and regulations described in the Joint Venture contracts.+ ^3 k5 N) j& ^' [6 J7 B
• Monitor the performance of the assigned Joint Ventures in relation to the agreed business plans and the respective market and business development.( _' g9 Y4 i9 e+ N B6 X r& F( R
