European/German Patent Attorney Trainee


1. Technical Education: A university degree (Masters, PhD preferred) in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry (Electrochemistry preferred).
2. Language Skills: Chinese native speaker, Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential. Fluency in German is preferred.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to grasp complex technical ideas quickly and present them precisely.
4. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, scientists, and patent examiners.
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to manage, amend, and check technical specifications.


Legal Assistant
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Language Skills: Chinese native speaker, Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
