要想在念书的时候就试足将来的工作环境,实习是个好办法,只是很少有好报酬。在实践经验丰富的同事指导下,学到的理论知识可以首次得以实践。有时,实习可以帮助人们确定,一直孜孜以求的职业目标是否真的适合自己。实习生的工作即便有报酬,一般也不会很高。知名公司和机构提供的实习机会很受欢迎,因此:多头行动、及早报名!, A) V% Y  u, e7 Y% f  d% a# f+ U
在有些专业,特别是一些社会学领域的专业里,实习是必修项目,或是在学习中,或是在入校前必须完成。因为实习有时是发放录取通知的前提条件。通常,大学生要自己找实习职位。但对于必修的实习,学校会助一臂之力来安排,甚至会建立一个高校内部的实习数据库。
