Asus announced according to Heise (German) today the launch date for the Asus Eee PC in Germany. German fans of the low-cost Linux notebook still have to wait until December and fork over 299 Euro for the Asus Eee 4G. * _, n0 q S2 d! T0 X6 s* D: }' Q
) [/ t& i0 n' O- I! `/ v, x" \With this late launch date it is very unlikely that the Asus Eee 8G is still coming in 2007 in Germany.* e, _) R! i/ L. @* j4 w( B) A6 h& {- s
