Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to certify that Dr. Changqing Jin of our Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, will do postdoc at  University of Augsburg from 14 February 2012 to 1 March 2013 in Germany.  He will be paid by the University of Aubgsburg during his work, and he will return to China after his visit.
