[About us]

As a subsidiary of the State Grid Corporation of China, which was ranked second in the Fortune Global 500 for several years, the Global Energy Interconnection Research Europe Institute ("GEIRI Europe") was founded in 2014 in Berlin. A multinational team of researchers works in four departments focusing on power distribution to bring innovative products to market. Through collaboration with European companies and academic institutes, GEIRI Europe is active in the fields of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transmission, Cyber Physical Systems (CPS), high quality electrical material and energy storage to integrate renewable energy into the power supply.

[Responsabilities]

1.     Internal Coordination with other departments and Chinese technical team

2.     Assistant of internal administrative affairs, incl. budget, invoice, Conference register and etc.

3.     Assistant of administration affairs for cooperated consultants

4.     Assistant of production of project promotional materials

5.     Market information collection and data analysis

6.     Other assigned works by senior manager

[Qualifications]

1.     More than three years work experience in large Chinese company

2.     work experience in similar Administration position, power industry preferred

3.     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Electrical engineering or MBA

4.     Excellent communication and coordination ability

5.     Excellent computer skills, especially in MS, internet information collection

6.     German and English business fluent, Chinese HSK 6 preferred
