Job Title: Senior electronics hardware development Engineer		Job Level (only for internal usage)

Job description: included Role& Responsibility Role description Development of HW design requirements Electronics hardware design and continued improvement as required Technical leader in HW group l Understand and finalize specifications on the HW design requirements through communication with customers and/or internal project leader or system design engineer l Estimate the effort, plan the tasks and define the time requirement l Conduct the HW designs according to the design requirements and project timing schedule l Create and maintain HW design document l Create Unit/module Test spec for design validation l Conduct or participate in HW test, validation and performance evaluation, as required according to the quality standards l Provide technical consults and advices as a highly experienced professional to his/her group members l Possibly lead a hardware design or test group as required l Support department manager in identifying future technologies and implementing new hardware design tools and methodologies. l Report progress to project manager l Disciplinary reporting to HW Manager or Senior Manager
Requirement / qualification: eg. Degree, major, age, working experience… l B.A. in electrical or electronics engineering, or other engineering field with strong electronics hardware design training. M.S. degree a plus l At least five years HW design working experience, preferred in automotive industry l Excellent experience and technical skill in commonly used CAE/CAD tools for HW design such as Eagle, PADS etc. Knowledge and experience on PCBA lay out design also required l Knowledge and experience on embedded microprocessors/controllers that are commonly used in automotive applications, a definite plus l Knowledge and training in control system design and signal processing required. l Knowledge and experience on system modeling, simulation and design CAE/CAD tools such as Matlab and Simulink are preferred. Experience with Hardware-in-the-loop simulation technique a definitely plus l Deep understanding on HW development processes and design quality requirements l Experience and knowledge on vehicle infotainment systems, interior electronics will be definitely considered. Such systems include car radio, audio, navigation, rear seat entertainment, Telematic, interior lighting and other electronics inside roof module etc. Knowledge on DSP design can be another plus l Fast learner, self motivated, creative thinking l Results driven and customer focus l A team player and builder l Good English and Chinese communication skill l Willing to take an increased responsibility with a growing organization Internal relationship (only for internal usage): eg.
