•        Team-member in Joint Venture projects: Act as a coordinator between JV-partner and MTU/Tognum-organisation.
* ]8 b" z1 @/ m- u2 c1 R" E•        Supervise the implementation of post transaction tasks for currently established and newly set-up Joint Ventures. Responsibility: Ensure that the Joint Ventures act in    accordance to the agreed business plans and the Tognum rules and regulations described in the Joint Venture contracts.
•        Monitor the performance of the assigned Joint Ventures in relation to the agreed business plans and the respective market and business development.
•        Settle disputes between the Joint Venture partners. Responsibility: Ensure proper behaviour of related parties.
6 V/ S: _2 z3 m( K3 k  c6 ~•        Formulate appropriate market strategies for specified countries in North-East-Asia.
+ X0 a+ r) q' `& s/ G•        Implement these strategies and secure a proper follow-up.
•        Expand distribution network according to the approved strategy.
•        Monitor performance of distributors, dealers and sales representatives in NEA together with sales and service departments. Responsibility: Ensure distributors, dealers and sales representatives are performing as expected.
•        Special assignment from time to time.
