如何报名参加融入班？

刚来德国不久，在慕尼黑，前几天刚办完延签（我是家庭团聚签），德语水平几乎为零，准备参加融入班。
延签时，外管局给了一张纸和融入班学校的列表。
- F: H2 ?9 ~; L9 p) \, l# `! b' N7 R该张纸第一句话如下：
Bestätigung über die Berechtigung zur Teilnahme am Integrationskrus

我用google翻译了一下，似乎就是资格证明信的意思。
0 a& {9 p0 p& S: F6 ~  ]请问是否直接拿这张纸就可以去报名了呢？

% q$ k3 q0 R" g/ z8 T1 S3 p但我朋友告诉我他之前是先到难民局填表申请，然后才收到资格证明信，凭那个信再去报名的。

对了，我刚在BAMF（难民局）的网站上查到这样一段话：
Applying to a course provider
If you have received your certificate of eligibility (Berechtigungsschein) from the foreign affairs office (Ausländerbehörde), the next stage is for you to choose an integration course provider.

You can use the WebGIS search engine to find integration course providers in your local area. You can of course also obtain a list of course providers from the foreign affairs office or from an immigration advisory service (Migrationsberatungsstelle).

As soon as you have found a course provider, you should go there to submit your certificate of eligibility and register for the course. The course provider will help you to select a suitable course. You will also be told when the next course is due to begin.

你又不是难民，干嘛和难民局扯上关系啊。
融合班是对很多种居留的人学习德语以及德国知识的，不是专门给难民的。你拿的就是参加融合班的证明。你的那个朋友如果是难民身份，那可能才需要申请之类的吧。
. _8 o5 a1 k" N8 n( a再说了，德语班其实任何人都可以报名的，也许难民除外，但是你有证明就有优先，以后考试通过可能还会有学费的减免

你就带好那张证明去语言学校报名就可以了，你只需要支付约100欧元，没有就贵很多。
