如何报名参加融入班？

刚来德国不久，在慕尼黑，前几天刚办完延签（我是家庭团聚签），德语水平几乎为零，准备参加融入班。
2 R5 M) i+ H0 A- z1 l# y8 R- D延签时，外管局给了一张纸和融入班学校的列表。
/ i- T5 S: f: R% B' j/ E* R' j该张纸第一句话如下：
Bestätigung über die Berechtigung zur Teilnahme am Integrationskrus

" R$ f6 U% k  c+ J# \5 l1 A我用google翻译了一下，似乎就是资格证明信的意思。
" b1 e7 O' x6 l8 d  B! W( y请问是否直接拿这张纸就可以去报名了呢？

1 \8 f; [! m4 {: R9 n. |1 p6 y6 u但我朋友告诉我他之前是先到难民局填表申请，然后才收到资格证明信，凭那个信再去报名的。

$ a6 S7 x$ g5 i对了，我刚在BAMF（难民局）的网站上查到这样一段话：
Applying to a course provider
1 G4 g: F" v1 L4 z3 YIf you have received your certificate of eligibility (Berechtigungsschein) from the foreign affairs office (Ausländerbehörde), the next stage is for you to choose an integration course provider.

* G( {1 l' P: E$ O" K6 S4 J" V% MYou can use the WebGIS search engine to find integration course providers in your local area. You can of course also obtain a list of course providers from the foreign affairs office or from an immigration advisory service (Migrationsberatungsstelle).

As soon as you have found a course provider, you should go there to submit your certificate of eligibility and register for the course. The course provider will help you to select a suitable course. You will also be told when the next course is due to begin.

我的理解是凭我现有的那张纸应该就可以去报名了，不知道理解得对不对哦？

你又不是难民，干嘛和难民局扯上关系啊。
8 y  O8 \4 ]2 a5 V- F& G& `- B融合班是对很多种居留的人学习德语以及德国知识的，不是专门给难民的。你拿的就是参加融合班的证明。你的那个朋友如果是难民身份，那可能才需要申请之类的吧。
2 g% k. C0 e! F& `4 B/ F* N# N, T再说了，德语班其实任何人都可以报名的，也许难民除外，但是你有证明就有优先，以后考试通过可能还会有学费的减免

你就带好那张证明去语言学校报名就可以了，你只需要支付约100欧元，没有就贵很多。
