What You’ll Do

    • Report to Senior Management on team performance, development, and improvement areas
    • You’ll manage, coach, develop a team of 6-12 Operations Associates and Specialists
    • Monitor and drive key service level metrics for fulfillment to ensure that we are providing excellent customer experience and delivering on our promise.
    • Lead team meetings, personal development conversations and regular check-ins
    • You will develop robust, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership, and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
    • Partner closely with a variety of key stakeholders- including transportation, data integration, warehousing, inventory planning, engineering and others to coordinate cross functional projects.

What You'll Need
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Mandarin.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing operational teams while balancing production/quality metrics - experience in Online Retail, Supply Chain or Logistics an advantage
  • Proven track record of motivating and developing teams and individual team members
  • Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan. Able to effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.
  • Analytical ability necessary to problem solve and gather & interpret data to identify
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to leverage raw data to inform coaching process and strategy
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to communicate when things don’t go as planned
  • Demonstrated use of technology to automate processes with focus on driving efficiency and cost savings
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or a strong degree of operational experience in a similar role.

Supply Chain Associate
) j5 i5 y4 u; V! l
What You'll Do
  • Be the go-to person for our suppliers for day-to-day operational issues and train and educate them on the use of Wayfair's operational tools.
  • To complete the full onboarding cycle of new suppliers, you will provide training on Wayfair processes, while ensuring that they adhere to these.
  • You will be seen as an educator of Wayfair process knowledge to all external partners, i.e. suppliers, while also identifying any gaps in the training of operational topics.
  • You will act as an expert for our Customer Service department with regards to supplier-related issues
  • Work effectively across teams and departments to ensure efficient collaboration
  • Think pro-actively and critically about our internal processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience
  • Act as a problem solver to root cause issues and react quickly for resolution of issues
  • You will ensure that customers are given up to date information on their orders
  • Build a rapport with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer experience is met9 Z* }# F6 |0 ]8 S: ?
What You'll Need
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Mandarin.
  • Experience working in operational environments, ideally engaging with external partners (suppliers, vendors, carriers).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster great working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • You will have strong organisational skills and experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creative approaches to issues as well as experience leading/driving projects or initiatives.
  • Ability to work with a great level of autonomy, to prioritise tasks efficiently and to quickly adapt to change.
