1. Robotics Delivery & After-Sales Service Intern

Position Title: Robotics Delivery & After-Sales Service Intern
Location: Munich / Paris
Department: Robotics Business
Duration: 6 months internship
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Robotics Delivery & After-Sales Service Intern to support the deployment, delivery, maintenance, and daily operation of our robotic solutions in Europe. This role is ideal for a candidate who is interested in robotics, field operations, and customer service, and who enjoys working closely with both technical teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
        •        Support robot delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites
        •        Assist with on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service activities
        •        Coordinate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
        •        Help prepare service reports, maintenance records, and delivery documentation
        •        Support customer training for basic robot operation and usage
        •        Track robot status, spare parts, maintenance schedules, and service requests
        •        Assist in improving standard operating procedures for delivery and after-sales support
        •        Provide operational support during demos, exhibitions, and customer visits when needed
Profile
        •        Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
        •        Strong interest in robotics applications and technical customer support
        •        Hands-on, organized, and willing to work on-site when required
        •        Good problem-solving skills and service mindset
        •        Able to communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers
        •        Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
        •        Basic knowledge of robotics systems, hardware integration, or maintenance is a plus
        •        Driving license is a plus

2. AI & Digital Transformation Intern

Position Title: AI & Digital Transformation Intern
Location: Munich / Paris
Department: Robotics / Business Operations
Duration: 6 months internship
About the Role
We are seeking an analytical and curious AI & Digital Transformation Intern to support our AI-related initiatives and internal digitalization projects. This role will contribute to improving business efficiency, digital workflows, data management, and AI-enabled operational processes across the company.
Key Responsibilities
        •        Support internal AI and digital transformation projects across business and operational functions
        •        Help optimize internal workflows, reporting processes, and digital tools
        •        Assist in building and improving dashboards, databases, and process tracking systems
        •        Support the implementation of AI tools for internal productivity, knowledge management, and business automation
        •        Analyze operational data and help identify improvement opportunities
        •        Prepare internal presentations, process documentation, and project summaries
        •        Work with cross-functional teams to improve digital collaboration and process standardization
        •        Contribute to pilot projects related to AI, automation, and digital business tools
Profile
        •        Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
        •        Strong interest in AI applications, digital transformation, and business process optimization
        •        Comfortable working with data, digital tools, and structured processes
        •        Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
        •        Strong communication and coordination abilities
        •        Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
        •        Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, database tools, or dashboard tools is a plus
        •        Basic understanding of AI tools, workflow automation, or digital business systems is an advantage
