At Hanshow you will:
Within the technical department and reporting tothe Technical and Service Director, you offer key customers technical andfunctional support throughout the development process and oversee projectdelivery. You identify and translate customer requirements and opportunitiesinto effective hardware solutions. As part of your function, your missions are:
- Diagnose and Repair Hardware Issues: Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues in various equipment, including electronic shelf label, and access point.
- Parts Replacement and Testing: Replace defective or damaged parts and test hardware functionality to ensure reliable operation.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory of parts and tools.
- Client Support: Provide technical support to clients or internal teams, addressing hardware issues promptly and professionally. Regular on-site inspection is mandatory.
- Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with R&D and other engineering teams to identify recurring hardware issues and contribute to product improvement.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage hardware inventory and repair tools, ensuring availability for repair and maintenance tasks.
- Compliance and Safety Standards: Adhere to company safety and regulatory guidelines during repairs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Who are we looking for: · Bachelor’sdegree or above in IT, telecommunications, or related technical field. · Musthave at least 3-5 years of experience in project and technical support. · Excellentcommand of English, Mandarin and Germany is required. · Abilityto troubleshoot and resolve issues, with the capacity to respond rapidly andeffectively address urgent problems. · Abilityto work efficiently on several projects in parallel. · Strongteam collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to handle pressureeffectively and prioritize tasks appropriately. · Demonstratesa strong sense of responsibility and ownership in resolving issues for assignedclients. · Drivinglicense is a must What we offer:
