Responsibilities: • Develop commercial estimates and financialmodels. Understands and addresses the customer's requirements, including thedevelopment of solution requirements, schedules, and commercial aspects. • Work with customers to refine projectdesign parameters and develop the most cost-optimized solution for eachproject. Establish site-specific design requirements and configure the designto meet customer needs. • Communicate and train customers on solutiondetails, specifications, advantages, and applications. • Handle customer complaints regardingproduct issues, follow up on internal improvement countermeasures, track andfacilitate timely resolution. • As needed, establish relationships andcommunication channels with suppliers and other key stakeholders to ensure allmaterials, supplies, tools, equipment and personnel are obtained and/ ordelivered when necessary. • Oversee local project delivery, includingproject planning, engineering investigation, implementation, risk and costcontrol, and maintenance service delivery, while ensuring customersatisfaction. • Collaborate with developers,subcontractors, municipal entities, equipment suppliers, and site-specificconstruction suppliers to create a cost-efficient solution for the customer. • Collaborate with the legal team to prepareaudit responses and finalize project contract signings. Qualifications • Master’s degree in engineering,construction management, or a related field from an accredited institution, oran equivalent combination of education, technical training, and/or relevantexperience in the electrical contractor or a comparable industry. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in therenewable energy industry, with the ability to plan, develop, and coordinatemultiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work independently to meetcustomer requirements. • Strong knowledge and proficiency in PVsyst, PV Sol, AutoCAD etc. • Thorough understanding of electricalconstruction, contracts, and terminology. • Ability to effectively manage varioussituations and problems that may arise simultaneously, resolving themindependently or collaborating with others to reach a cooperative solution. • Excellent organizational anddecision-making/problem-solving skills. • Ability to make administrative andprocedural decisions and judgments. • Ability to foster a cooperative workenvironment. • Excellent command of Chinese, English andGerman. • German driver license is required.
