On-site Operations
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operational data entry, verification, and analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and generate regular performance reports to support efficiency analysis.
Coordinate on-site and warehouse activities including cargo receiving, dispatch, put-away, and sorting, and supervise loading/unloading and cargo handling to maintain smooth workflows.
Support customs clearance by tracking progress, transmitting documents, and handling on-site issues such as damaged cargo or mismatched documentation.
Collaborate with customer service, customs, transportation and other departments to synchronize on-site information and ensure operational closure.
Review and improve on-site workflows, and propose system or tool enhancements to increase data quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or ground handling.
Valid German/EU driving license and ability to travel between different sites (e.g., Cargo City Nord and Cargo City South).
German at least B2 level (C1 preferred), mandatory; fluent English both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills as a must; ability to quickly adapt to WMS/TMS and other operational systems.
Strong sense of responsibility and quick-thinking with proactive problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic on-site environment.
