道通科技-科创板上市1、汽车后市场汽车智能领域,全球TOP3;(全球1200人,研发占60%);2、全球化布局,在欧美市场具有高知名度,海外的收入占80%;3、行业前景广阔,公司增长迅速,年复合增长率30%;4、科创板上市公司,市值超过300亿;5、紧随智能化、网联化、新能源化的趋势,进行前瞻布局6、核心业务线:汽车智能诊断、检测分析系统、辅助驾驶、电子零部件、维修云平台等核心产品线。招聘岗位:人力资源专员/主管Position: HR Assistant工作职责:1.   基于欧洲分公司发展现状和未来发展目标,对组织结构设计提出改进方案,并致力于提高公司的综合管理水平,及时发现和处理公司管理过程中的重大人力资源问题。2.     根据行业、区域薪资水平及企业实际经营情况,向总部和欧洲管理团队提供各级人员合理的薪资结构、薪资水平建议;完善本地化激励机制,合理规划和控制人力资源成本。3.     制定招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效、福利、员工关系等人力资源管理规范、各项规定和管理流程并负责具体实施落实;4.     负责实施欧洲区招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效、团队文化建设等人力各项工作并落实;5.     负责欧洲区员工劳动合同管理并处理与劳动关系相关的各项事宜;预防和化解劳动风险,解决人事纠纷及各类员工关系管理问题。6.     建立与中国总部畅通的沟通渠道,主动与各级员工互动,确保内部信息传递的通畅。Job Description1. Based on the development status and future development goals of theEuropean branch, propose improvement plans for the organizational structuredesign, and strive to improve the company's comprehensive management level,and promptly discover and deal with major human resource issues in thecompany's management process.2. According to the industry and regional salary level and the actualbusiness situation of the company, provide the headquarters and the Europeanmanagement team with reasonable salary structure and salary levelsuggestions for personnel at all levels; improve the localized incentivemechanism, and reasonably plan and control the cost of human resources.3. Formulate human resource management norms, various regulations andmanagement procedures such as recruitment, training, salary, performance,benefits, employee relations, and be responsible for specificimplementation;4. Responsible for implementing various human tasks such as recruitment,training, salary, performance, and team culture construction in Europe;5. Responsible for the management of labor contracts for employees in theEuropean region and handling various issues related to labor relations;preventing and resolving labor risks, solving personnel disputes and variousemployee relationship management issues.6. Establish a smooth communication channel with the Chinese headquarters,and actively interact with employees at all levels to ensure the smoothtransmission of internal information.任职要求:1.     大学本科以上学历;2.     两到三年以上人力资源管理工作经验;3.     在招聘/薪酬管理/员工关系/培训等2-3模块有丰富的经验;4.     熟悉欧洲当地相关劳动法等法律法规,必须具备德语C1水平;5.     优秀的人际沟通能力和良好的抗压能力;6.     善于整合资源驱动目标达成,出色的多任务、多角色平衡能力;7.     有中国公司工作经验或中文表达能力优先Professional Requirements1. Bachelor degree or above;2. More three years of human resource management work experience;3. Rich experience in 2-3 modules of recruitment/salary management/employeerelations/training;4. Familiar with relevant local labor laws and regulations in Europe,Mandatory C1 level in German;5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and good stress resistance;6. Good at integrating resources to drive goals, excellent multi-tasking,multi-role balance ability;7.
