欧洲区域物流负责人(w/m/d)
Location: Prinzenallee 15, 40549 Düsseldorf,

岗位职责:
  • 负责制定海外某区域物流中长期战略,基于业务增长预测,规划区域物流能力建设路线图,评估市场、政策和竞争变化,动态调整战略方向;
  • 负责仓网布局规划和设计仓库布局方案,结合业务需求和发展对仓库选址和仓库功能定位进行决策;
  • 负责统筹海外某区域所有物流事宜,协调总部与当地资源,设计并实施物流解决方案;
  • 负责根据物流体系变革,识别优化机会点,设计方案并推动实施;
  • 负责人员管理、成本控制、供应商管理、持续优化物流指标。

岗位要求:
  • 本科及以上学历,物流管理、仓储管理等相关专业优先;
  • 8年以上仓库物流管理经验,有欧洲海外仓库建仓和管理经验者优先;
  • 熟悉仓库物流管理流程和操作规范,具备较强的团队管理和沟通协调能力;
  • 具备较强的成本控制和预算管理能力,能够有效降低仓库运营成本。
  • 英语流利,能够熟练使用办公软件和仓库管理系统,同时可德语交流者择优录取。


Warehouse Manager(w/m/d)
Location: Prinzenallee 15, 40549 Düsseldorf,
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations Oversight: Monitor overall operations of the general warehouse, analyze delivery performance indicators, and develop improvement plans. Ensure the effective implementation and tracking of these initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Lead the addition, optimization, and continuous updating of warehouse operational processes. Drive the development and improvement of the warehouse process system to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Logistics Supplier Management: Oversee the daily operations and performance of logistics suppliers, leveraging high-quality resources for optimal use. This includes managing supplier performance, developing bidding strategies, and addressing service quality issues.
  • Lean Logistics Planning: Take responsibility for the overall planning, solution design, requirement identification, and diagnostics related to lean logistics. Lead the development of feasible plans and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between upstream and downstream departments, fostering collaboration and synergy to drive the achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years of project team management experience.
  • Relevant experience in logistics for manufacturing, particularly in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies, as well as automation and smart equipment.
  • Proficient in using various data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong connections across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.


Associate Logistics Engineer(w/m/d)
Location: Prinzenallee 15, 40549 Düsseldorf,
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and upstream teams to understand business requirements and jointly design and implement logistics solutions with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Conduct regular reviews of international logistics projects, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and execution quality;
  • Communicate directly with overseas teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth and stable international logistics operations;
  • Coordinate with relevant functions (e.g., customs, compliance, and operations teams) to ensure end-to-end logistics delivery from origin to destination;
  • Continuously improve logistics systems, processes, and KPIs to enhance data accuracy, timeliness, and visibility of logistics performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and execution-oriented, with the ability to drive tasks and projects forward;
  • Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German (spoken and written) is a strong plus;
  • Comfortable working in cross-cultural and multinational team environments, with a long-term interest in the supply chain and logistics field;
  • Ability to work on-site in Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach, with willingness to live and work in Germany on a long-term basis;
